About Me

Hi, my name is Nate Kennedy.

I'm an operator with 21 years of marketing, sales, and operations experience. And the receipts to back it up.

I've personally built and sold 7 online businesses with 6 and 7 figure exits. I've spent over $100 million on paid ads for myself and my clients, so I know what works in advertising and what just burns money.

In 2011, I launched a first-of-its-kind Funnel Architect Program that helped thousands of entrepreneurs build online businesses. I own a large-scale media company.

And for over a decade I was the "hired gun" virtual CMO for 7 and 8 figure businesses: physical products, internet marketing, real estate software, coaching and consulting. Marketing where the budget was real and the consequences were too.

But I didn't start here.

I grew up with a die-hard entrepreneur for a dad. Most weekends you'd find me mowing lawns or shoveling snow, anything to make that extra money every kid wants in their pocket.

After college I put on a suit, took a job as a mortgage broker, and blew through the company's sales records. I also ran myself into the ground faster than I ever dreamt possible. 18-hour days, endless meetings, plain old "hustle." I burned out hard enough that I landed in Costa Rica on a surfing trip. I came back knowing a job would never get me the freedom I wanted.

So I started my own business. Built it into a multi-million dollar operation, then watched it crash and burn when the market shifted, because it had no real brand or authority behind it.

That failure sent me deep into digital marketing. Over the next few years I built and sold those 7 brands. Then I spent a decade as the hired gun helping 7 & 8 figure businesses break through to their next revenue level, before building out my own portfolio of media and newsletter brands.

Then the model broke again.

A few years ago, my own operation was the cliché: $250K a month in revenue, $85K a month in overhead, most of it people doing repetitive work. Then one month, revenue dropped from $250K to $9K.

The $85K in expenses didn't care.

I'd rebuilt before, so I rebuilt again. This time the way somebody who's actually run a P&L would: I installed AI across marketing, sales, and support one process at a time.

We went from a bloated team doing everything manually to a small, powerful team with AI running the business. More profitable, more efficient, and I was finally out of the daily grind.

What I do now.

That experience, building AI inside our own company and brands, is what we turned into Leverage AI. We help business owners power their marketing and sales with AI, then place a Certified Operator to help you run them.

You stay the CEO. Your operator handles the AI layer and reports to you.

Because I learned the hard way, twice, that smart systems are what carry a business through a market shift. And AI without an operator is a liability.
