Nate Kennedy is a very simple man, who happens to enjoy and be really good at leading businesses to success.
Nate started as an entrepreneur at a very young age watching his dad build many businesses from scratch. At the age of 25 Nate decided to go big and bold to build his first multi-million dollar real estate empire. It was a long ride, filled with mistakes that ended in Bankruptcy. Luckily, he did not let that deter him from his dreams of inspiring others through action and success.
He got back up on the horse and started another investing company with only the knowledge he gained from his previous life lessons. After regaining his financial life, Nate founded Instant Investor with the desire to help others reach life goals without the roadblocks he encountered.
Besides providing investing, marketing, and business growth strategies to empower others, Nate spends as much time possible enjoying life adventures with Susan (wife) and Caden (son).
According to Nate, he would not be living a fulfilling life without his simple belief that you should Provide value first, serve others, and everything else will fall in line where it needs to be.
